Can’t Unfriend Anyone On My Account Please Help!

Could you please help me with the same exact issue. I can’t find anyone that can help.

Currently there is no way to remove/unfriend multiple accounts at a time.

Thanks for confirming. I forgot to ask, are you able to join other worlds or join with other friends?

Alternatively, please try to unfriend your friend's account and add it back as a friend again.

the best option we have now is to request a password reset directly from your console if you have access to the phone number or alternate email that you previously provided.

step 1: verify your identity
-On the console Sign in screen, type in your email address, and then select the I forgot my password button.
-Type the characters displayed on the screen so we know you’re not a robot.
-The phone number(s) or alternate email address(es) that you previously provided for security are listed on the Show that you’re you screen.

If for some reason you can’t access any of the contact methods shown, go to “Recover your Microsoft account online”.

Otherwise, continue to Step 2: Receive a security code

-On the Show that you’re you screen, select the security contact method (email address or phone number) where you want to receive your code.
-Check your phone, email, or authenticator app for the security code, and type it in the field provided on the Check your phone or check your email screen.

If you use an authenticator app:

Some people find it more convenient to set up an authenticator app on their phone, so they don’t have to wait for a code.
If you’re already using an authenticator app, use my authenticator app will appear as an option on the Show that you’re you screen.
To use the app, follow these steps:
-Choose Use my authenticator app, and then select Next.
-Retrieve the authentication code from the app, and then type the code into the field provided on the console.

If you use two-step verification:

If you activated two-step verification for your Microsoft account, you’ll need to request and type the security code twice, using a different contact method each time.

step 3: create a new password
Once you’ve verified your identity by typing the security code that was sent to you, you’ll be prompted to choose a new password and type it twice. Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and should contain a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

-On the Pick a password screen, type your new password.
-On the One more time screen, retype the same password to verify.
That’s it! Your password has been reset.

When you complete the sign-in process, you’ll be asked if you want to save your password on the console. Make sure you remember your password even if it’s saved on your console, so you can manage your account online or access your profile on a friend’s console.

anyone know how to get multiplayer? It says “go to Xbox.com to sign in to multiplayer and change the settings” but I can’t find the settings please help!
