Cant type anything on xbox series s

Keyboard works ok after factory reset when putting account but when i get all done and go to store trying to type anything i can only put 1 letter and goes crazy. The cursor goes in the corner of keyboard and when trying to move keeps getting back.

Is this happening even after a factory reset?

Have you tried to use a different controller?

Yes even after factory reset it does the same thing. Im trying with new controller when i get one somewhere

No my Xbox 1 is saying same thing as well as my s series

My Series S cant connect, load games, or anything. My wifes xbox one is having no problems whatsoever. We are in the SAME house and using the SAME internet connection.

No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

The "One" and "Series" are the console types.
