    Maybe someone can help me.

    I have a phantom external storage device for my xbox one. I was able to install it just fine. I directly downloaded two new games to it and transferred one game from internal storage.

    Now I can’t do either of those. When I try it goes for a few seconds and then auto cancels saying there was an error. It doesn’t give any kind of error code.

    I can transfer/download apps to it like Netflix and my avatar editor. I can also still play the games that are already on it. The console Doesn’t seem to have any issue detecting the phantom drive.

    I just can’t put new games onto the external storage from the store or the console. Doesn’t matter if it is an xbox, xbox 360, or xbox one game.

    Yes format it, and if it still doesent work, try if you can do it with another external device (ie. USB Stick).
