Can’t transfer game saves to the cloud on Xbox 360

I am trying to move a game save to cloud save on Xbox 360, but it doesn’t give me the option to move anything to the cloud. Can anyone help or tell me a fix?

Hi

You cannot transfer game saves form an Xbox 360 to an Xbox One using a USB drive, you can only transfer game saves by moving the game save to cloud storage from your Xbox 360.

No you can't transfer you Xbox 360 game saves via a hard drive you will need to use an Xbox 360 to transfer the game saves to the cloud once you have done this your Xbox One should then see the game saves.

i have one more question does the saves from my xbox 360 (im using cloud save games on 360) transfer to xbox one

You would have needed to save the game to the cloud via the Xbox 360. You can not transfer game saves from 360 to Xbox One via a USB drive.

Make sure you have the cloud turned on the Xbox 360. Instructions how:

From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.
Select Storage, and then select Cloud Saved Games.
Select Enable Cloud Saved Games.
