Can't transfer from PC to Xbox?

I have been playing on an Xbox One since last year. I have recently gotten a new Microsoft Surface Book 2, and I tried downloading my other games onto it, but they didn't show up in ”my games”. It still lists that I have achievements in the software. I
am thinking that maybe buying a DVD extension would allow me to play my discs, but I am not sure, and I am wondering if that would work. If not, how can I download my discs, and how do I get my digital games onto the computer?

You can't play Xbox game disks on a PC. If your games are play anywhere titles (these have to be digital versions) then you will be able to play them on your PC. Here's a link to play anywhere titles: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere

A PC is not an Xbox. There are select games that can be played on both platforms after having bought them once and those are called "Play Anywhere" titles but other than those titles you can not play Xbox games on your PC/Surface.

If the games are play anywhere games, then log in with the same account you use on your Xbox, then in the Windows 10 store, just find the games in your library, and select install or find the game in the store, and install from there. Just remember these
games have to be digitally downloaded, not from disc.

V-Bucks you purchase from the Microsoft Store can be used on Xbox, PC or mobile, but can't be transferred to or used on other consoles.
