Cant synchronize data on PC

So, ive been trying to play games on the pc version of game pass, but everytime I try to open any game, the synchonizing thing comes in. The problem is, it never ends or leaves, unless I cancel it myself, but by doing this, I get unable to play the game.
This is happening to any game I try to open via the Xbox (beta) app for a while now. Is there any actual solution for this problem? Cause I've tried multiple things already (such as cleaning cache with wsreset), even downloading games all over, but nothing
changes.

Right now, I'm trying to start the Game The Outer Worlds, but I've tried it already with Gears 5 and Ori, same results though.

Ok, I imagine your NAT type might have something to do with it. This page here has

NAT information about Xbox One, but the port information will remain the same for PC. You'll want to get that to AT LEAST moderate, but Open would be best. Are you familiar with NAT or opening ports on your router?

Ok, so, what I see here is:

Internet conection: Connected

Xbox Live Services: Working

Latency: 200ms

Package Loss: 0%

NAT type: Strict

Server connectivity: Connected

I translated here since my computer is in another language, but pretty mutch that's it.

One PC only, as soon as I start the game it gets stuck on syncing. The settings thing, you mean on PC or console? Don't quite get it, sorry.
