    I’ve tried hard restarting my Xbox, I’ve tried deleting Minecraft and reinstalling

    I’ve tried deleting Minecraft and downloading it to another storage device I’ve tried my internet I’ve tried restarting my internet I’ve tried everything

    I’ve even tried clearing my cache

    I’ve also tried calling support and was put on hold for almost 45 minutes after explaining the situation

    Please try checking your network connection to the PC, it could be the one causing the issue of your App not being able to sync your data from the cloud.

    Recovering deleted data

    Games are saved to the cloud if you are connected to the internet.

    If the cloud save wasn't synced, you can't get your save data back.

    Depending on the way you've deleted your game, you also deleted save data..

    You can see if the data is still there when you go to my games and apps and check if the save data is still there.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please make sure that your console is syncing with the cloud by closing the game on your console. Restart your console completely by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Reopen the game and this should trigger a cloud sync to check for saved data.

    And then check your internet connection because cloud saves require a stable connection. To do this, go to Settings > Network Settings and check your connection. Test the network to ensure there are no interruptions.

    Next is to clear local saved data but not cloud date. The small 9.9kb file might be a corrupted local save and deleting it may prompt the console to pull the correct data from the cloud. Do this on your Xbox console, go to My Games & Apps > South of Midnight > Manage Game & Add-ons > Saved Data.

    Select Delete Local Data, but ensure the cloud save option is not deleted.

    Restart the game and see if it retrieves the cloud save.

    Then double-check cloud save features. Kindly ensure that your Xbox settings are configured to allow cloud saves. To check on this, please go to Settings > System > Storage > Cloud Saved Games. Confirm that Cloud Storage is enabled and syncing.
