Can't sync data to retrieve game saves

Morning community. My game saves aren't syncing when I go to play Fifa 20. Happened all of a sudden but has been like this for 2 days now. I suspect I can't access cloud storage. I've restarted the xbox, wifi and checked all settings I can. xbox assist
can't find server core and xbox support doesn't load up. Don't know what to try next. Any ideas?

Hi Daniele,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand have question on save data. To answer your question, yes your progress would be saved as it is the same game. This is all stored on the cloud. So when you purchase the game, then go ahead launch the game
will say syncing data, this is retrieving your save data.

Hi!

Since data is saved on Cloud (unless you start playing from the beginning) you can sync the saves.

Did you inadvertently delete the sync?

Among the FAQs is written:

Note: Never cancel your syncing data as this will delete it from the server and there is no way to retrieve it. We will NOT be able to return any type of Skill Points, Level, Experience or Tokens.

Just resumed play after work but am getting a message saying "Syncing Data for Halo Master Chief Collection" followed by "Unable to retrieve latest save game data. Try again or continue offline."

If I continue offline, all my cross-game achievement progress will be lost won't it?
