    Can't sync controllers wirelessly


    I can't get my controllers to sync wirelessly. Ive tried the syncing buttons and unplugging my Xbox one from the back for 30 seconds. I can get it to work with a micro usb plugged in but it won't sync if I unplug it. I've also tried updating the controllers
    as well.

    Thanks for trying. Could you plug in your controller using a USB cable to your console? Once connected, press the sync button on your controller for 3 seconds. It should unpair your controller wirelessly.

    Xbox Series X Sync button/synced controller stopped. Sync button must work as I am able to get to BIOS. Sync button wont blink.

    Thanks for the reply. Interesting, I did not know that it was "wirelessly" connected while connected to a USB C Data Cord. As soon as I unplug, it stays disconnected (in sync mode the controller also keeps blinking then turns off). If this is right I don't know why I also can't sync any of my other Xbox controllers to the series X unless connected with a cord (works on an One X controller also, stops when unplugged). I don't know why the sync button (blinking) stopped operating all together.

    I replaced my batteries and tried to pull and place back in earlier with no luck. I also updated the controller as I set up as new.

    The interesting thing is I am able to use the series X controller perfectly on PC wirelessly with windows 10/Xbox PC adapter. I have no problems on PC wireless.

    Are you using the controller wired or wirelessly?

    If you are using it wirelessly, try re-syncing the controller with the console and see how it goes.

    Also try it wired and see if it still does the same.

    Please let us know how it goes?

    Oh, you mean to say that all controllers do not connect with the console? If that is the case, this could already be a hardware problem with the Xbox since none of the controllers are syncing wirelessly. You would need to have this repaired already for this issue.
