Can't sync account to Forza game

so, one day my daughter who is 10 yr.s old. starts playing horizon 2. After a while I changed it to mine and it's a new game.I was upset,but i was caLM AND ASKED HER WHAT HAPPENED. She said she didn't know. All my saved progress is in the live cloud
and it keeps saying that an error accord and try again later. Well, I did chat with a tech online and I was in the middle of doing the steps he was given me but, the computer didcided to shut down. He had told me to try to delete me off the console and put
me back on I did and then the computer was off. I had tried restoring my xbox one to factory defaults and reloading everything . I did that before I talked to the tech guy. Deleting mye off the consol and putting me back on didn't work. This affected everyone
who played the game on the console. It takes at least 10 minutes to get the sync up to 100% and then it says "load failed, an error has accord ,please try again later. I do and the same thing happens. All of our progress is still in the cloud just can't get
it into the game again. So i'm stuck at the yellow wristband , when i was at the silver band with level 158. Please help. If anyone needs another racing friend please add me!! Thanks

Forza Horizon 3 syncing data error - help

Wazzup guys, i had to reset my computar, and now i can't play forza horizon 3, i installed the game normally, but then the game started to sync the old data, it's stuck at the 0%.

Help me

 

Syncing data!

Having the 8083201d sync issue myself over the last 4 days. Some games sync others won't. Been unable play Forza horizon 2 or Forza 6.

Hope it gets sorted soon. Anyone managed to get it working?
