Can't switch games without reboot

If we switch a game disk to play another game, it will not read the disk. No error message given. We have to restart the console in order to play a different game. Anyone know why?

Fallout NV is driving my crazy

Yeah, I can't play the game for more than an hour without it locking up my 360, forcing me to reboot. Your best bet, would be to play a game that wasn't developed by Obsidian.

Windows 10/Glass/Xbox one not consistently connecting

I still can't connect without rebooting the xbox, and it's gotten worse to the point that I can reboot the xbox, then not even 3 hours later my computer can't connect.

Have you tried doing a hard reset on the console? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug it back up restart and test. Let us know

this not is normal, try erase cache and try again, if the problem persist is your xbox one problem

The issue is only with my 500gig "fat" Xbox, not my X1X. Perhaps youtube didn't test an update on all Xboxes.
