    What's the error message and code (if you get one) that you see when you try on the console?

    I can't buy an XBox Live subscription, every time I try I get:

    it appears you've found a glitch in the system.

    be sure to check http://account.microsoft.com/sevices to see if there are any subscription issues showing like for example outstanding amount issues.

    While there also double check if your payment and billing information is correct.

    If all is correct then please try to enable your subscription again.

    If it keeps failing then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft SUpport Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They should be able to do a more in depth check into your account on what is happening.
