Can't subscribe to Xbox Game Pass

That would be why you can't redeem it then...from the FAQs in the link I posted before:

"If you were previously subscribed or currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will not be able to redeem the two month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!"

You can't merge the accounts, but you only need one Game Pass subscriber per Xbox. If you designate that Xbox as your home console, games you download from Game Pass can be played by other users on that same Xbox even if they don't subscribe to Game Pass.

Glad you could reach out. I bought a 12 months Xbox live gold code subscription. And I have more than to 15$ in my wallet to upgrade. I live in Lebanon, but my Microsoft account as well as my Xbox account are set to the united states as there is no Lebanese store. Last year it worked as a charm. Although this Time it won't work. Is the 3 months Xbox ulti gp still available? I've heard it won't require a credit card. I am willing to pay more for this issue to be fixed. Have to continue assassin's Creed Odyssey.
