Can't submit privacy settings

    Xbox.com won't let me submit my privacy settings! I want to play Minecraft with my cousin but it won't let me because of my privacy settings! Please fix this!!

    Privacy settings will not save when changed

    With my account I want to be able to broadcast, so I go to my Xbox privacy settings, click on "allow" and then clicked "submit". When the page refreshes after hitting submit, it's still set to "block" and will not change. My account is not a child account
    and I'm an adult. I can't change my privacy settings not matter why try.

    Microsoft whyyy!!!

    Why can't access clubs and broadcast gameplay in privacy settings ? When I click on access and submit, site just refresh and nothing happens

    That's weird that it wont let you change it, is there an error and are you on a child account??

    Hello Jack,

    The easiest way to see if child or adult, when you changed the settings if you didn't need a parent account to log in you have an adult account. If it asked for parent to sign in then you have a child account.

    Hello Jack,

    The issue with auction house, designs, etc. are known issues. Personally, I get family setting error when I select designs. My account is not blocking anything and doesn't do it on any other game at all. You can go to privacy and online safety in settings
    make sure your settings either set to adult or if custom selected make sure view and share items others have posted and any other setting regarding multiplayer is set to allow.
