Can't stream since update months ago

I'm still unable to stream Xbox games to my Windows 10 computer since the last update. I keep getting the error "Game streaming is turned off on your Xbox One. To turn it back on, go to your console and open Settings > Preferences " I've enabled and disabled
streaming multiple times. I've reset my console multiple times. Same with my computer. Everything is up to date. Streaming It is definitely on in my console. Tried everything. Any ideas? Is there another update coming out to fix this?

Since the update a couple of months ago, I can't work out how to delete saved worlds. Any idead? Thanks

 

Watched the Mixer stream (Sea of Thieves first look at Forsaken Shores) but I did not receive the MixPot promotion (the Huntress figurehead).

ps: I have my Mixer account since the first stream event, with the Ebony Flintlock reward (5 or 6 months ago)

If the info in the article did not help we will need to request and investigation. Can you please report this issue via Xbox App Beta using the "Report a problem" so we have helpful data to present to the developers to investigate?

I tried the method you mentioned multiple times. I also report the issue in the Xbox Beta app. Any other suggestions?

 

HEy JChapa,

Make sure that xbox smartglass is enabled because that can cause you issues. Also try this Settings>Network settings>Advanced>Alternate MAC>Clear then it will want to restart. That seems to fix any weird issues I get.
