    Just activated the xbox game pass ultimate on my tab S7+ and no matter what i do, i can't play any games, it only shows "install to", even on cloud games.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Can you please confirm that your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is "active" by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services? Once confirmed, make sure that you're also physically located in a supported region.

    Once validate, go to https://xbox.com/play to check if you can access and play cloud gaming games from there.

    One last thing, make sure that you have is Xbox Game Pass App and not Xbox App, I got you this link as additional help:

    I don't know if the plus version has additional processing power, but my galaxy tab S7 has never successfully run cloud gaming because the processor isn't fast enough to keep up

    I'm having the same problem. It worked a couple weeks ago. I've tried my Samsung S7, my android tablet, and I've tried with my windows 10 laptop, both wired and wireless. My console settings are correct also.
