Can't start Toy Story 3 on Xbox One S ("Do you own this game or app?" error)

Hi, I've just digitally purchased the Toy Story 3 game for my Xbox One S (actually an Xbox 360 game but it was added as backwards-compatible on 2016) and after installation, when I try to start the game the "Do you own this game or app?" window appears,
as if I didn't buy the game/was in another account with no permissions to play it. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall (using the PC's Microsoft Store "install on my device" option, because I would have to buy it again if I wanted to reinstall via Xbox's
store) and no improvement.

I hope there's a solution to this!

Nowadays I don't have any 360 game installed, but I had some in the past and worked perfectly.

Unfortunately, it didn't make any difference

Do other 360 games work? A common issue I see is that people are unable to download their 360 profile.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. If this is happening on the Xbox one, I suggest

removing the profile from the console and redownloading it from Xbox Live.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
