Can't Start the Xbox Insider Hub

My name is Ezequiel I'm an Independent Consultant. In order for you to have the betas you need to be part of Xbox Insiders, to sign up for the program it's very simple. Becoming an Xbox Insider is as easy as downloading the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox or Windows device.
To get started with an Xbox console:
Go to Store from Home or select Store from the dashboard.
Select Search.
Enter Insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Bundle.
Select Get or Install. This will install the Xbox Insider Hub and Report a Problem app.
To start using a Windows device:
Click the Start button , type store, then select Microsoft Store.
Select Search, enter insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Hub.
Select Get or Install.

I have a gamertag, say "A", and got (without being able to make a choice) "B" when I installed the Xbox Insider Hub.

I got a message that my 'store' account wasn't the same as my Xbox account.

But I can't change "B" to "A"! Even after deinstallation of the Xbox Insider Hub.

Trying again to install the Hub, I received "B" again!

How can I login with "A" in a Xbox Insider Hub??

Getting started as an Xbox Insider is as easy as downloading the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox One or PC:

1. Navigate to Store on Home or select
   Store in the guide.
   Note If you can’t locate
   Store, scroll down to Add more
   on the Home screen and select the Store tile. (You may need to select
   See all suggestions.) Then select Add to Home.
   
2. Select Search.
3. Search for the Xbox Insider Hub.
4. Select Get/Install from the product page.

Every time I click the Xbox insider hub it says you can't join the Xbox insider program because of your past behavior !

Hi I'm Peter an independent advisor, glad to hear you want to try out the insider hub. Anyone can register, you need to install the xbox insider hub first of all on either the PC or Xbox One:

Xbox One

Move over to the Store tab on the dashboard or select Store in the guide.

Choose Search.

Enter insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Hub.

Select Get or Install.

On Windows 10

The Xbox Insider Hub can be installed from Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.

Press the Start button, type store, then select Microsoft Store.

Select Search, enter insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Hub.

Select Get or Install.

To sign in for the first time (use your gamer tag):

If you weren’t part of the old Xbox Preview Program, you’ll want to search the store for the Xbox Insider Hub. If you were, however, take a look in the updates section of My Games & Apps to update to the Insider Hub.

Accept the terms and conditions after opening up the Xbox Insider Hub

On the main screen for the Insider Hub, go to Insider Content section and select the Xbox One Update Preview section

Simply press the join button on the next page, and you’re in! Just keep in mind that it will take up to 72 hours to start getting preview updates.
