    Can’t start South Park The Stick of Truth


    I can’t start the South Park The Stick of Truth that came bundled with The Fractured But Whole. It worked yesterday but now it asks me if I own this game or app. I redeemed the code that came with TFBW to own The Stick of Truth.

    Contacted Xbox support and they say there is some problem starting the game and others are having the same issue but I can find no mention of it anywhere.

    What is odd is that if I search for the game in the Xbox store I see it but it shows the price as if I don’t own it.

    Error code is 0x803f8001

    Same here, Looks like when the standalone game launched yesterday it reset the licenses for people that had previously redeemed the code supplied with FBW. Game is still installed on console, Still shows on xbox.com order history but it doesn't think i own
    it anymore.
