Can't start Skyrim SE error 0xd0000189

Skyrim Special Edition won't start on Xbox one X, even though it worked yesterday.

I had to reinstall the game two days ago because it wouldn't start, then it worked. It began malfunctionning after buying and installing some paid mods from the creation club so maybe it has something to do with it.

Can't Start SKYRIM "No se puede iniciar SKYRIM"

When I try to play my downloaded game a message appears what says "No se puede iniciar SKYRIM" I guess it in english means "Can't Start SKYRIM" without error code, I do all the recommended steps to fix the problem but no one works, I've more downloaded games
in my xbox and all works fine, I can't start my game for first time yet, I tried everything and nothing work.

0xd0000189 start-up error

my xbox has been acting up a lot in this past month after i had to do a hard reset when it bugged out to a point where i couldn't turn it on properly, afterwards i kept getting start-up errors like e200, e201, e203, e202, etc. after hard reseting a second
time i thought i fixed it but these past two days i've only had a black screen and bugged out xbox screen with a new error code 0xd0000189

i don't want to send my xbox in for repairs(if it needs them) because i've been told that it could cost me the same as a new one or more. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS?!
