Can't start Overwatch.

Hello,

I just bought the digital version of Overwatch, from the Xbox Live Store. I downloaded the whole game and wanted to start the game. The starting screen shows up, then the screens turns black and I get back to the home screen. I tried it couple times, and
even reinstalled it. Still the same. Is it possible to get a refund? What am I supposed to do. Spent 70€ for a game i can't play?

My Children have played overwatch couple of Days and now it won´t start. We have bought Xbox Gold code and i se my membership end 2018-02.

´My problem: When they start up the game and you puched the A buttom so will the game "Think" and then it come up and Sayed that the game will be better with Xbox gold and send me to the page for buy Xbox gold. I already have gold? How will we start this
game?

Have you tried to uninstall the game then reinstall again? This may be a fix to your issue, though isn't a definite answer.

Microsoft are very strict about refunds, but you can contact them here after trying the method I've stated above:
