    Can’t start or join any parties- error code 0x8923103D


    At first I couldnt connect to only a few random friends on xbox. In the last two weeks I can’t join anyones party or even start one. My nat type always shows open also. I have tried to fix it with clearing mac address, alternate ports, IP settings, unplugging
    xbox, unplugging router, anything I could find online. Any Ideas?

    No errors or warning messages.

    My nephew can join the party but can’t speak or hear anyone and nobody is muted.

    So when I’m by myself in a party my voice chat works but when I invite someone to a party or join them it’s says connecting then it will say party chat disconnected then I can Join any of my friends
