Cant start my game disc on my dvd in my console xbox one

Its alreadfy installed in my ext hdsk , and I enter the games dvd into the cd disk , you see the 1st pict xbox one Xbox one is off line) ask me to connect to network and the second one (xbox one is on line) xbox one ask me 'do you own this game or appli?

I m stock either way it doesnt start

I think youre confusing Dev mode. It is not possible to run any 360 game on the Xbox not converted and supplied by Microsoft. You must download the Xbox One version and keep the disc in, or buy it digitally to play

I taught I found the issue too bad. Your sure theres not a way to play the original disk installed on my exteranal disk whitout entering it in the cd drive. If I installed my games on my ext hdisk the benefith of that is only the speed.
