Can't start Forza Horizon 5 (also all CoDs from battle net) after deleting ..... OneDrive

Yes i actually managed to fix my problem after the longest and the most tiring troubleshoot in my life.
I will write , in short, what my problem was and the solution , just in case someone is in the same place as me.

After managing to isolate, literally every single software or hardware possible cause i was left with only one logical "perpetrator". It was myself. Not me exactly, but my Microsoft account. It got corrupted i presume. But when i came to that conclusion, i was soo deep into the troubleshooting and changed soo many settings, etc., that i lost track of. So i wanted to try if this is actually the case, by starting ABSOLUTELY clean, so to be sure that nothing can interfere with the results. I installed brand new, clean, windows 11. Never used 11. Wiped my data and registered the same Microsoft account. Downloaded all CoDs and Forza. Tried them. None of them worked, but i was not disappointed cuz i actually expected this. Immediately went and created another, but LOCAL account and made it to "Family".
Logged into the local family account, opened Battle.Net, pressed play on MW 2, waited 1-2 minutes, while in the absolute limits of suspense that a human body can experience before exploding, the usual window asking about Safe Mode appeared, pressed Yes and immediately my display went black and i was able to hear the fire track of CoD menu! AND I KNEW IT!
FIXED IT!

edit: all the mentioned games now work. Forza took a little bit longer to start, but it eventually did!

Also, I am not connected to the net. The download that was pushed came from the game (Forza Horizon) itself
