Jeah. Had bought the game last week. Then i suddenly got thrown back to the dashboard , with that stupid question that we all hate. After i uninstalled the game, it was lost completly. Its absolutely erased from my history as well. WTF? I want my money back!

I try to hold down the power button, but it just turns my controller off.

I have this from time to time and a hard reset normaly gets it back in order. First turn off you xbox then unplug it and hold the power button for 30, seconds then plug it back in and power it back on.....goodluck

try to uninstall the game then install it again and that should fix it

Has anyone found a solution yet my games been doing this for the past 2 months now and I've tried almost all the steps people have suggested eg. restarting my console, uninstalling and reinstalling the game but still hasnt worked

my x box keeps taking me to "Do you own this game or app?" when the disk is in the x box plz help cant play it I a losing it with my x box :l

Battlefield 4 is not backwards compatible. You can't play this game together. You can play Battlefield 3 though.

Yeah I figured they would hold on to it until Friday, but I did exchange my Battlefield 4 for Xbox 360 today for the Xbox One version,, now I'm just starring at it waiting for life to start up again

I reckon this "posting" *** is not the best way to tend to your costemers, anyway, you can prove me wrong by sorting out my problem.

I can't launch my Battlefield 4 and it keeps asking if I have the licences for it when I was playing it on my xbox one just one day before it started saying this ***.

Also I'd like to be off the preview or whatever you call it.

Xbox 360 has been out for ages, plenty of time to work out the bugs it had at the start. Xbox One is a different system, attempting to deal with different problems and as mentioned has only been out 4 months. At least the hardware is not failing as much
as 360 was at launch.

Also to the person who said they can't see real difference between 360 and xb1 battlefield 4.......you crazy
