Can't start Battlefield 4 on my Xbox One

I tried starting up Battlefield 4 tonight and it briefly went on the still of the raining background, then sent me back to the xbox home. I haven't updated and I wasn't given an option to - is this the 'downtime' that I'm experiencing?

Furthermore, this is only happening with BF4 and Forza 5 is working perfectly. Any fixes or reasoning as to why this is happening? I'm getting slightly worried that it just won't start!!

How to transfer battlefield 4 on 360 to xbox one?Please help me!

I just bought battlefield 4 on my xbox one. However I purchased all the dlc for battlefield 4 on my xbox 360, separately. Meaning $15.99 per dlc. There are I think 4 or 5 dlc's you can purchase on battlefield 4. So that's $70.00+ I spent on that game. Only
problem is I can't figure out how to transfer all my dlc to my xbox one. It's the same account, and I've searched the Web for awhile now and I can't seem to find specific help. Please if any one on here has had this problem, or knows how to fix it please for
the love of **** help me.

Why I can't play online to Battlefield 4 on xbox One? I put my Xbox live gold code in the console, but i can't play. Server down? Other problem? Please tell me. Thanks.

 

I'm gonna be P.O.ed if it doesn't work when I get home, I've been looking forward to it for the past few days and I just bought premier. I'm sure it has something to do with the update.

 

Ok guys try this,,, ON the gamee and any other apps you may have run, click then MENU button, then click on quit.. Try BF 4, and see if it runs,,

If not,, hold the power button in for 10 seconds, so it will clear the cache, then restart it, see if that helps you.

 

Nice one that seems to have worked game has finally launched after clearing the cache, cheers.

 

Yes, try to get into the habit of quitting apps etc that you aren't using, hopefully ms figures this out to fix whatever ussues ut causes

 

This is happening to me i contacted EA they said it was xboxlive issue i contacted xboxlive they had me do ton of stuff clearing system cache, hard restart, clear blu-ray disc cache, power cycle, delete account, restore defaults, uninstall game and all contents
nothing is working god i havent even had BF4 for month yet and cant play it for 24 hours now it just goes to rainy screen turns black load icon on top right hand corner then kicks me back to dashboard. been trying to fix it by logging out and loading game
and when i login to my profile it starts the same crap waiting for customer support to contact me back will update when i know of fix..

I've only had the issue happen if I try to resume the game after going to another app or my system had been off. Closing it out and restarting seems to take care of it. I guess that's why the game resume feature is in "Beta..."

 

Guido, I have the same problem. Doesn't finish load, only stay in the background rainy screen. Have you a solution?

 

Power down, unplug power for a minute, plug back in, let reboot, then play. Works for some stuff.

 

Seems to be the same problem CoD is having. People are having to do these little "tricks" to get their games running again.

 

I was stuck on the first load screen and tried everything. Other games worked fine (digital or disc) but holding down the power button on the box for 10 seconds worked.

 

I've also experienced this problem with BF4 Digital Copy, No other game has done this.I'm not sure what the prob. was but it starts now.
