    hello friends,

    I have a question. I bought battlefield 1 6 months ago, and since one week, every time I want to start it, it tells me that my subscription, for example xbox-live or ea-access, are not valid.

    But I my xbox-live is valid and I don't need ea-access, because I bought it in the shop.. please help me I don't know what to do..

    Sorry my English is not the best, I am from austria Can't start Battlefield 1 - your subscription is not valid :)

    Can't start up battlefield 1

    every time I start it up it backs me out to the menu and error code: 0x87e107e3 I can open other games and my friend has the same problem but with opening rocket league

    Hi,

    be aware that, at least in Belgium, the promotion 'buy 1 month, get 3 months' is NOT valid !!

    Despite on the website the price of 7,99 euro is stated, this is valid only for renewal of subscriptions, NOT for new members.

    Question on Xbox gamepass / gold / gamepass ult / pc gamepass

    Everything is possible in a single account. Just log in to the account in which you have you active subscriptions in at many of the devices you want. You will be able to enjoy the advantages of the subscription according to the device.

    And don't cancel any subscription. If you upgrade to the gold ultimate, all your current validities will be sum. For example; You have a Gold validity of 3 months and Game Pass validity of 1 month. Then the Ultimate subscription validity will be 4 months
