Can't start any 360 game on xbox one.

Thanks for keeping us updated. We want you to trey and update the 360 profile. To do this follow these steps:

1. Launch a 360 game on Xbox one.
2. Hit the menu and back button together to pull up the 360 emulator.
3. go to download profile even if your profile shows.
4. enter the credentials for your account.

This updates the 360 profile, personally had the same issue as you couldn't launch any BC game. Soon as I did this I was able to play. Try this and let us know.

Please try the following:

On the Xbox One, go to the settings and under Storage clear the local Xbox 360 storage.

Then launch any Xbox 360 game, and bring up the Xbox 360 guide by pressing both the View and Menu buttons (the small buttons left and right of the Xbox button).

Download your profile again by providing your Microsoft Account email and password. However, if you use Two Step Verification, make sure to go to

https://account.live.com/proofs/manage and create an app password. Use that app password instead of your regular password on the Xbox 360.

Just did this a day after and it's still not letting me stay signed in on 360 games and now it's telling me there is a problem with my credentials. I haven't changed anything and i don't use the 2 step sign in.

if this doesn't work, I suggest you remove the account from the console and re-add it as explained here:
