Can’t signup for Minecraft earth beta

Hello

when I wanted to signup for the minecraft earth beta, I couldn’t. Everything I tried: Windows 10 chrome and Firefox, reinstall chrome, on iPhone safari and chrome, on brothers phone, different internet connections, ... and I don’t get what they mean with
try again on ‪Xbox.com‬. Here is what comes up on my phone.

Oh wow I’m so stupid. I had to login in the minecraft website and then it worked. Thanks anyway

Hi there,

if you haven't yet, be sure to check if everything is fine for the account you are using to try and sign up.

Please login at
http://account.microsoft.com and verify if all information is valid and up to date (profile, payment options, subscriptions etc)

Also login at
http://account.xbox.com and check if all is set up correctly

After that try and sign up again, if it fails again please specify the exact error message and error code.

Since it might give some additional information to determine the next steps to try

just to be sure you used the same Microsoft Account for the signup for Minecraft Earth as the one you use to play Minecraft with?

In the menu try finding owned dlc and skins - if the Earth skin is not there then that is why you cant use it. The earth skin is for thoes who made it into the Minecraft Earth mobile BETA.
