Can't sign up for Xbox Live

Hi,

I don't have an image because every screenshot failed to upload. I am facing a problem with the Xbox signup. I'm stuck on the https://sisu.xboxlive.com/client/v28/default/view/index.html?action=signup page. I was migrating my mojang account to microsoft on my phone, and when I signed in to my account, a signup screen popped up for me to "Choose how you look on Xbox" along with making a Gamertag. I typed something in the gamertag and selected a random profile picture and clicked "Let's Go". The button changed in colour, but then reverted in state. I thought it had something to do with IOS, so I used my laptop instead to migrate the Mojang Account a few hours later. The same thing happened. I used different outlook accounts, but nothing happened. I decided to do the signup on Xbox live first so that I won't trigger this during the transfer process, but the button didn't work again. I checked the chrome console and it said "Failed to load resource: the ... server responded with a status 400 error", and "CreateAccountWithClassicGamerTag: Known Request Failure. index.bundle.js:1". I tried again with edge, inPrivate Edge, Chrome and incognito chrome to no avail.

This appears to be an emerging issue that arose just a few hours ago, Microsoft has not posted that it is a known issue yet, but other users have reported this same issue through other forum threads. You can check out an example on this website:

I ask you to wait a couple of hours and try again to set a gamertag to your account, and do what is mentioned in that forum thread to report the problem.

registered within the next 48 hours.

I too am having this problem. Takes me 15 min to put all the details in and then declares that Xbox live sign up not available. My son got Xbox Live Gold for 12 months for Christmas, but can't use it currently. Anyone managed to sign up to Xbox live since
Christmas??

Says it's connected to Xbox live and it signs me into Xbox live. But still doesn't let me actually play. The message that pops up says this current profile can't play Xbox live.

Just the code 8015190E when I do the connection test to xbox live.

It's strange I sign in my profile and it signs in no problem but when I start a game a message pops up saying I need to sign into Xbox live, when I'm already signed in. So I sign in and another message says the console can't connect to xbox live with the code 8015809E
