Can't sign up for XBox Live Rewards

Hey,

I'm trying to sign up for Xbox Live Rewards for days (since Jan. 3rd 2017, so more than 96 hours) but the webpage always tells me that I don't have a xbox live account (altough I own an xbox live gold account). I'm out of options and don't know what to do
now. Please assist.

Can't Join Xbox Live Rewards

I can't sign in to the page where you join Xbox Live Rewards. Even after clicking the sign in button, I still don't see my name in the upper right corner, and I get this whenever I try to sign up: "

Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards right now. It's strictly because you need an Xbox Live account to join Xbox Live Rewards."

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay to other processes as a result of our yearly MyVIP re-calibration which caused your sign-up process to be lengthened. We see that we have recently received your sign-up information, and you should be fully

You can't use Reward Points to renew your LIVE subscription.

You do how ever get Reward Points for renewing your LIVE subscription.

How do I sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards?

A. Follow these steps to sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards:

Go to Xbox.com to connect your Xbox 360 to Xbox LIVE.

Come back to the Xbox LIVE Rewards website and enrol into Xbox LIVE Rewards by clicking the "Join Xbox LIVE Rewards" button. You will need a Windows Live account to participate. Please use the Windows Live ID associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. If you
