Xbox live gold account won't sign in using microsoft account

1. I have an existing profile on xbox live, the hotmail account associated with that profile was hacked and is inactive. I set up a new hotmail account, but the xbox live sign in won't recognize the email.

2. I signed up for a month of live gold, and got a new profile on xbox live, but when it asks for the email account, it gives me an error 8015D002.

3. I want to download the redbox instant app to my console, but can't sign in to my account on the console. When I go to xbox.com on my computer, I can sign in to the new account without problem. but cannot download the redbox app.

Can't Join Xbox Live Rewards

I can't sign in to the page where you join Xbox Live Rewards. Even after clicking the sign in button, I still don't see my name in the upper right corner, and I get this whenever I try to sign up: "

Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards right now. It's strictly because you need an Xbox Live account to join Xbox Live Rewards."

Hello RC13XB,

It looks like your account was too new for us to have received your information. Generally it takes 96 hours for us to process any new data, like purchases, user information changes, etc. We have manually registered you, and you should be good to go after
2-4 days! You can confirm a successful registration by navigating to the MyRewards page on the Rewards site and checking your join by date. If you see a recent date and not a date of "???" your registration was successful. If 4 days pass and you still see
a date of "???", let us know with a new post, and we will investigate.

Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

—My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

Hello,

If you have already bought or used Netflix before signing up to Xbox Rewards, you won't be able to get those rewards. Those rewards are for new Xbox users who just signed up for Xbox LIVE and the rewards program and haven't already activated Netflix or bought
something.

You also must keep the Netflix account active for longer then 30 days in order to get any reward posted as pending.

Nope. That's the only way.

If you're not signed up already, sign up for the Rewards program or Bing rewards. You can earn currency for your account and use that to make the purchase. It won't be immediate though.
