Can’t sign into Xbox one account

For some reason I can’t sign into my Xbox account. I have shutdown my Xbox for over a night and still can’t sign in, I can’t find anyone’s with the same problem as me. This is the message that appears on my screen no error code nothing. Plz help

Why can’t I sign into my Xbox account ? It’s keep saying “try again in a few moments or sign into your account”

 

Explanation Please

Permeant suspension impact this account can no longer sign into Xbox Live from any device

Does this mean I can’t play live or I can’t play at all?
