Can't sign into xbox live

The new Football Manager 2023 Pc Edition came out today, and after having it pre installed, I was ready to play at midnight. I went on to my xbox app, had to quickly update my payment for game pass as it had ran out, and then hopped onto the game just to be told "We couldn't sign you into xbox live, sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while (0x89235107)" . I've looked up the error code and everything to do with not being able to run football manager so many times and have tried sooooo many fixes and yet nothing has worked, I really don't want to reboot and reinstall all my apps all over again just for a game.

I have tried wsreset, uninstalling and reinstalling microsoft store and the xbox app, verifying date and time and region, deleting certain folders, going into services and activating the xbox ones and the IP one, believe me, I have tried so many fixes.

Is there a fix that 100% will work?

Important Information:

• I am able to play games on my xbox series s just fine, even football manager, but I can not play on PC
  
• It is only football manager I am having this problem with
  
• The only changes that were made before starting up FM23 for the first time is that I started to use an Ethernet for the first time and that I had to pay for game pass through the microsoft website which, for me, seems to be a bit buggier than paying for game pass on the actual xbox itself.
