Can't sign into Xbox Live when playing 360 games, both on Series X and a 360 console

We understand that you are trying to play games on Xbox Console and you were having issues signing into Xbox Live. As per your description, this has been happening 4 times this year and that you have already performed troubleshooting that fixes this issue.

1. Are you part of Xbox Insider?
   
   • You have mentioned being a tester and at the same time an ambassador, can we ask if you have tried checking the latest update of the Xbox Insider - Insider Home - Xbox Wire?
     
   • Your report is important to Team Xbox as you will be testing the service before it gets released to the general public.
     
2. Are all services up and running on Xbox Status in your area? Please check it on this link: Xbox Status | Xbox Support
   
3. May we ask if you can sign in manually in your account through Microsoft account | Home?

This is a problem on Microsoft's end. They never report it has a problem.

And yes, I'm an ambassador at Redmond. Things are pretty bad here. Someone just spilt coffee all over the servers.

Same here, it happen to me can't sign in to 360 on the xbox x to play 360 games, hope they get their s it together.

Got to xbox to play 360 games and 2 live memberships and can't even play, wasted of money

I am having the same issue and same error code (80151912) when I'm running the Xbox 360 emulator on my Xbox series X.

I can sign into Xbox live on my Xbox series x but not on the emulator running the Xbox 360.
