    Can't sign into XBOX Live on 360 (Error code: 8015d002)


    I'm having trouble signing into my XBOX Live account on my 360 after changing my Microsoft account email and password earlier this month, I keep receiving error code 8015d002.

    I'm able to sign in on my XBOX One and the XBOX app with no problems using my new email and password, but when I enter the info on my 360, it says there's a problem with my credentials. I've tried deleting my profile and recovering it as well and am encountering
    the same issue on my 360.

    As I've said, I'm not encountering the issue on my XBOX one, the XBOX app, or other devices, so I'm having trouble wrapping my head around it. Does anyone have any possible solutions?

    Error 8015D002 occurs when signing in to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360

    You see the following error message when you try to sign in to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console:

    Sorry, either that's the wrong password, or that email doesn't have an Xbox membership. Please try again.
    Status Code: 8015D002
    This means that you have two-step verification turned on, but you haven't set up an app password.
