can't sign into xbox live account on 360 games, even on xcloud

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, there is no official announcement from Microsoft yet.

I managed to help a player yesterday and what did the trick is trying a different network connection such as a mobile hotspot.

i've tried signing in from the 360 guide on several games and it just won't let me. i've tested network connection, all fine. i restarted my internet, i cleared mac address, i deleted stored 360 profiles and data, i even launched the game with xcloud but no matter what i cannot sign in.

I've got the exact same issue. Since yesterday

Same here, it happen to me can't sign in to 360 on the xbox x to play 360 games, hope they get their s it together.

Got to xbox to play 360 games and 2 live memberships and can't even play, wasted of money

Same here can't sign into Xbox live account or even into the account offline at all.

I have tried clearing cache, setting up a static iP address, doing a full reset on my console (where you clear it out but keep games and apps) and nothing has resolved this issue.

I still cannot connect to Xbox live when playing an Xbox 360 game and since I deleted my account in an effort to re-download it, it is gone and I can't even sign into my Xbox 360 online account. And CANNOT PLAY ANY OF MY GAMES THAT REQUIRE ME TO SIGN IN.
