Can't sign into Xbox (Beta) app on Windows 10

So on your PC you need to make sure the
game pass ultimate account is signed into the
Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
xbox(beta) app on windows as well and try downloading from there.

Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games

US xbox(beta)

CAN xbox(beta)

You can't change a gamertag into a previously owned one but you could sign in to the Windows 10 Xbox app with the old one though.

The steps to sign in to a different account using the Xbox Beta App is the same as the
Xbox app. Refer to
How to switch between Microsoft accounts in the Xbox app on Windows 10 for the instructions.

What platform are you on? Is this Windows 10 or mobile version of Solitaire Collection? Have you been able to play before and this is a new development, or is this your first time trying to play?

Additionally, if this is Windows 10, are you signed into the Xbox (Beta) or Xbox Console Companion App?

so the beta xbox app(today), 11.11.110005.,, does appear to at least sign in and load properly, even after the windows 10 update. Hoping they fix the main one soon.
