Can't sign into Xbox App 0x80070520

This could be caused by many problems. Firstly, do you have a VPN? If so, disable it, and try again. If not, that is irrelevant. Second, do you have a proxy? If so, run command prompt as admin and type "netsh winhttp reset proxy" without the quotes. If not,
that is irrelevant. Thirdly, do you have one drive currently 'active'? If so, disable it, and try again. If not, that is irrelevant. There are many other potential causes, but let me know how/if these work for you.

OK, I solved the problem.

Steps are as followed:

1.) Create secondary account

2.) Assign Admin rights to second account

3.) this one is not mandatory but will safe a lot of time: Make copies of your personal files, installed programs and all other data assigned to your primary account. Basically copy your documents/pictures/music folders to an external SSD or something like
that. Do NOT leave them on your computer.

4.) Login with second account

5.) delete primary account (yes, this will kill all files and programs associated with that account, thus step 3.)

6.) sign off, login with "new" account - the one you just deleted...

7.) have fun moving all the files back into the folders they belong, setting up your desktop as it was before, reinstalling all programs and the likes...

8.) try to login with your "new" account - this should work, it did for me. And after that I had to reinstall Chrome, Teamspeak, Discord, Sea of Thieves... hours of fun :/

Same error... but when I sign in with another account I can use it, and my account works on other PC, so it's problem of this PC...
