Can't sign into old xbox live account because of forgotten password, but the email I used...

Yes this is old my account stoneyalexrockz because this one has silver but this is DannyGoldBeast and i cant sign into this account because I have forgotten my password to both this account and email i know bad move but everytime I try connecting to xbox
live it says Your connection to xbox live has been lost. Please sign in again and I have tried multiple of times but has not worked.

When I called XBox, the phone system even says OUR AGENTS CANNOT HELP WITH A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD.

The email and password are the MICROSOFT ACCOUNT and just sign in to Xbox LIVE. Quit telling people to call support for forgotten passwords - they can't help.

Only account.live.com can fix the problem, and this was told to me by many agents at Xbox LIVE.

So at some point Xbox Live accounts were transitioned to Microsoft Accounts. With that, you may be able to use that email to log into your
Microsoft Account page here, even without access to the email. If that doesn't work, you'll have to reach out to Microsoft Support for identity validation for your account, but it's
worth a shot. If you can get it, then you can change the email to an active account via the steps here.
