Can’t sign into my Xbox 360 profile on cloud gaming.

When I went to play fable 1 on cloud gaming it asked me to download my profile which I attempted and I have a long password (19 characters) due to being hacked more than once. It wouldn’t allow me to type out my full password saying I hit the cap which is 6-16 Is there a work around for this or am I just screwed?

There is no workaround unfortunately, you'll have to change to a different password with up to 16 characters.

I can’t make purchases on xbox360 console, I can make purchase on my computer for xbox 360 games, but I can’t play them cause I can’t sign in to xbox profiles or gametags

Hey there Djshep, did you follow the instructions exactly? This only clears the local storage and not cloud saves. Your save data for Xbox 360 games is stored on the cloud. Is it possible you're not signed into the same profile with the save games? You might
try to turn on the Xbox 360 and upload your saves to the cloud again.
