    Can't sign into my Xbox 360 account (error code: 80151103)


    Since yesterday I havent been able to sign into my xbox live account, or just my account in general on my xbox 360. It keeps giving me error code: 80151103, I've tryed many thing people said that worked or what I thought would help, that includes changing my password, doing a hard reset, logging out of my xbox live account every where that its been logged into (my phone, and computer), there was also turning off 2-step verification on my account but I dont have that set up. Theres also removing my xbox account from my xbox, but im too scared of loosing everything heh -^-.

    I also want to note that this started happening the day after I logged into my Xbox Live account on my phone, which was 2 days ago (Wednesday March 16, 2022)

    Hi Joe,

    What’s the specific error code/message you receive when trying to sign in? 80151103 and 8015190A are some of the most common error codes for account access issues on Xbox 360 (and Xbox One and Series X|S consoles through backwards compatible games).

    Also, are you able to successfully sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/ and https://www.xbox.com/?

    Are you sure the error code is 81051103? That number seems to not represent an error. Do you mean 80151103? If so, that error code signifies a problem downloading your Xbox Live profile when you sign in. You can read up more on the issue by clicking the
    link below. Possible solutions include resetting your password or re-downloading your profile then trying to sign in again.
