Can’t sign into my Minecraft account on PS4

When I try to sign in to my Minecraft account on PS4, it would say (Oops! Looks like this account is already connected.) (Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft account.) but I did sign in with my previous account, this is the account that I signed in with for the first time. And what does it mean by (this account is already connected)? And how do I disconnect it if I already used it on another PSN account?

Based on your description, you wanted to link your Microsoft/Minecraft account to your PS4. It seems that you have a different MS account sign in before on PS4, or your account was already been signed in on a different PlayStation.

Please note that only one Microsoft account can be associated with any PlayStation account at any one time. Neither the Microsoft or PlayStation Network accounts can be associated with a different account.

yes I am able to sign in on both websites and have also contacted Mojang, although they seem to be quite slow in replying!
