Can't sign into my account on my xbox app on my iphone.

Im trying to sign into the xbox app on my iPhone and I put everything in and it says sorry, something went wrong. give it another try, or try on xbox.com

Xbox one smart glass connection issue

I having problems connecting my smart glass (iPhone) to my xbox one. Anyone have any ideas I have the same account on the iPhone app as my xboxone, both are turned on and connected, and I have the check boxes checked that allows my xbox to accept smartglass.
Still no connect??. iPhone app can log into my account but won't sync in with the xbox. Cheers

 

Can't send messages through the Xbox app

I have the app on 2 apple devices; an iPhone 6 and an iPad 2.

The Xbox app crashed when I try to open messages on my iPhone 6.

The Xbox app does work fully on my iPad 2 (although it does seem a little slow).

My kids also have the Xbox app on their iPhone; a 5S and a 6plus respectively– both attached to their own separate Xbox accounts – and neither of them have had any issue with the app at all.

Thanks for your post, have you attempted to sign in to the app from another Wireless Internet Connection? I also recommend re-installing your application.

ive done both and I can sign into the xbox app on my pc

 

I got it all I did was reatart my phone lol

Have you tried the following steps, in this order:

• Uninstall the app

• Shut down your iPhone

• Power it again

• Reinstall the app

This should delete the cache, which may cause thE issue. Let me know
