Can't sign into my 360 account

Can't sign into my 360 account when I try to play any 360 games I've already cleared my 360 local storage when I attempt to download my 360 account it doesn't work saying connection error.

May we confirm if you still encounter issues signing into your account on Xbox 360?

If so, please power cycle your console and try to sign in back to your account. Take a screenshot of the issue and share it with us.

Also, can you access your accounts through Microsoft website? Please use this link and sign in: Microsoft account | Home

Where's the hostilty?

The sad thing about these forums is that we are indeed all in the same situation. No one has a clue, but people come here thinking they might get actual support from Microsoft. Meanwhile, Microsoft pretends everything is operational.
