    I opened Minecraft today to play, I haven’t played in years on ps4 but was playing on pc. When I clicked sign into ps4 account I don’t know what it did but it loaded me in and it showed my skin I was using from my pc so I was like okay cool it’s linked, but now it says to sign in with Microsoft account and when I do it says uh oh this account is already connected please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft account. I do not know what account was previously connected and I’ve tried everything, deleting and redownloading the game, deleting the save data, and everytime I open the game it says my PS4 username over my avatar wearing my pc skin but I can’t log in or play with my friends or even add them

    I keep having a problem linking my microsoft account to my ps4 minecraft. I have done the update and visited the website to link the account. But, every time I try to sign in, it brings a pop-up screen saying, “Failed to Login.” This is making it

    Logging in on ps4

    Ps4 received the Bedrock version of Minecraft, meaning it is crossplay enabled now. However you need to have a Microsoft account to be able to play with your friends on other platforms.

    There is some issues with the linking/signing in of accounts on PS4.

    I cannot sign into my Microsoft account on my PlayStation 5 on Minecraft, can anybody help?

    Would you please try to Sign Out of all your devices and sign in again?

    Sign in to: https://www.playstation.com/acct/management

    From the left sidebar, select Security.

    Select Sign Out on All Devices from the bottom of the screen.

    Sign in to your PS4 and go to Settings > PlayStation Network/Account Management > Link with Other Services > Add Account. See if the correct Microsoft Account is linked and added to your PSN account. If not, add it please.

    Clean PS4 cache before launching Minecraft:

    On your controller, press and hold the PlayStation button.

    Choose Turn Off PS4. To make sure the process works, ensure that the console is turned off and not in Rest Mode.

    After the PS4’s power light in front stops blinking, unplug the PS4’s power cable. To clear the cache, it is necessary to remove the power cord from the console itself as well as the wall outlet.

    Reconnect the power cord after 2 minutes and turn your PS4 back on.

    If everything is setup, try launching Minecraft again. Let me know if this works for you.

    You have to sign into your brother's PS4 account then his Minecraft account. Go into Minecraft settings on your brother's account and find the link accounts option, then unllink accounts. You may have tried this but I thought cover all bases. I hope this
