    Can't sign into Microsoft Store or Xbox Live


    Whenever I try sign into Microsoft store or Xbox live using one of my accounts, it says either an error has occurred or it says I have no internet which is not true. This only happens with one of my accounts and works fine on my other emails. What should I do? This only works on the Windows 11 apps and the websites completely work.

    You mean the store and app I can't sign into? The error is preventing me from signing into Microsoft. From the store, to the XBox app to Cortana.

    You can redeem it on steam.

    You can't redeem a steam code on the xbox/microsoft store platform. You MUST buy it digitally on the microsoft store to use it on xbox live/windows live.

    I signed out on Microsoft Store App, and then signed back in using the same Microsoft account, but I cannot sign in on Xbox App it says, "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live " and gives this error number: 0x8015DC0B.
