When you see this error message, it means that the PSN™ ID you're attempting to link from is already connected with a Microsoft Account. This error message tells you which Microsoft account the PSN™ ID is connected to. The solution is to sign in with the correct listed account.

I try to log in to mincraft on my ps5 and i used the same email that i have used on my ps4 and when i try sign in it says "oops! Looks like the account is already connected please sign in woth the previous connected microsoft account and i used the same email and it is still not working

You need a microsoft account for the game, this is separate from the account used on the PS4 even if you use the same email address
