    Hi,

    As said in title... when I press sign in, it comes up with the small account sign in window saying 'please wait' which then disappears. It flashes when I sign into the new xbox app. For the downloading of a game, it is as described in title. I have restarted
    my PC, reset all the Xbox related apps on my PC and I have signed in and outI don't know what to do anymore,

    The last option didn't work and had a bunch of fails and I can't download any app on Microsoft store it is stuck on pending including gaming services when i try to download.

    It sounds like your download is being stuck at pending. It happens to me sometimes too. Just exit the game and go to dashboard, then locate mw3 in the games marketplace and try downloading the content there.

    Also you can try clearing your cache to solve any interrupted updates.

    Game stuck in pending

    I just realized that on the order history it is using a different account. I select my credit card but it selects my outdated PayPal account. My Paypal was recently logged in by someone I don't know. I took my credit card off of It and made a new one. I tried deleting my PayPal account from Xbox but every time I try it says "We couldn't remove your payment method. Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit can help." I keep trying in 2-hour intervals but nothing changes. Help would be very much appreciated!
