Can't sign in

cant sign to any account on my xbox and I can't find out what this code is 0x800488FC. I've restarted my xbox 2 times.

I believe the problem is that since you signed up on a PC, trying to sign up again on your Xbox fails because your trying to sign up using the same e-mail you already are using. Try "Recovering your Gamertag" to your console using your e-mail address and
password and see if that works. Included below is a link about how to "Recover your Gamertag."

Friend suggested deleting and adding my account back on. Biiiiiiig mistake, can't even do that

 

Considering multiple people are having the same problem, (including myself,) it must be a problem on Microsoft's end. I think the best idea here is to contact them directly and wait for them to resolve the problem, though it is quite annoying; I hope they
figure it out soon.

 

Same problem here, I am in China. Seems to be a global issue.
